Award Luisa de Cola: Nitti-Casassas Award 2025

We are pleased to announce that Luisa de Cola has been awarded the Nitti-Casassas Prize in its inaugural edition, following a decision by the Societat Catalana de Química (SCQ) upon the recommendation of its Awards Committee. This distinguished award was established in 2025 through a joint initiative between the SCQ and the Società Chimica Italiana (SCI) to recognize excellence in the field of chemistry.

The prize acknowledges Luisa de Cola’s outstanding scientific contributions and career achievements in chemistry. The award ceremony will take place on June 26th in the Pere i Joan Coromines Hall of the Institut d’Estudis Catalans (IEC).
